Check-In Policy:

The Standard Check-in time starts after 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.

Name Change is Not Allowed

It’s Mandatory to produce Valid Photo IDs with Present Address of their Residence for all the Guests including children & kids at the time of check in. (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License and Voters Id card are Accepted) in case of children & kids birth certificate or school photo id card with address of school and child shall be only accepted. The same can be shared online via Front Desk Whatsapp  OR Email Us

Kids up to 48 Months are Free of charge; 49th Month & Onwards shall be charged in FULL equivalent to an Adult.

PAN CARD is strictly not allowed as Photo ID and Address Proof.

In case of Demand for Duplicate Room key is placed the Guest needs to Deposit a Security Deposit of Rs. 2000/- per room key, the same shall be refunded once the Original keys are returned back intact to the Hotel Reception Desk, However if guest is unable to return the original keys along with duplicate keys then the security deposit shall be deemed and compensation towards Loss occurred to property and the same shall be forfeited without any receipt.

Final rights of Admission/Check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the Hotel Management.

Guests are requested to clear the Dues if any; payable towards booking prior to check in.

Hard Copy of reservation confirmation Vouchers is mandatory while Check-In.

Choice of floor/view of Rooms is subject to availability.

Hotel Policy:

Customer needs to Fill in the Required GSTIN details at the time of Booking and obtain a copy of Invoice from Automated Invoicing Service of the respective OTA. GST credit is availed when customers’ GSTIN is in the same state as the hotel.

Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances. Duly filled Relationship Form is mandatory.

Any Photo Shoot / Pre Wedding / Functional Photography require Approval from Management and are Chargeable as decided by the Management.

Guests are requested to clear the Dues if any; payable towards booking prior to check in.

In Case of Power Failure, Backup Generators shall provide Lights and Fans only; Elevators and Air conditioners shall not be functional till Power is restored.

To avail any discount, Promotional offer, Membership etc. guests need to produce and submit the supportive literature in physical form and should be disclosed at the time to check in along with booking confirmation voucher.

Guest solely responsible for the safety of their children and their belonging

Service Charges & Taxes Extra if Applicable.

Outside Food, Beverages and Liquor is strictly prohibited.

A-LA-Carte Orders will be requiring a minimum of 30 minutes to be served at Restaurant or Room Services.

Complimentary WIFI for In-House Guest in Reception, Lobby and Restaurant

Standard Tariff is not valid on Long Weekends, 12 Days of Diwali and 23rd December to 02nd January (seasonal rates applicable during peak season.)

Hotel Room Services:

Room Service with Limited Hours.

For Guests staying overnight, Standard Room Cleaning shall be done between 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm only.

Replenishments and standard changes in the Guest room shall be Done after 24 Hrs of Check In Date.

Extra Linen, Bath Towel etc are available at a nominal cost if required over and above supplied.

1 Bottle of Packaged Drinking Water shall be given Complimentary on arrival in each Room and shall be replenished after 24 hrs. No Replenishments on Check out Date

Purified R.O. Water is available Free of Cost upon Request.

Room Service shall attract service charges as mentioned in the menu card or you may verify the same.

Cancellation Policy:

All No shows will be charged with Full Retention.

All Bookings are Non Refundable.

Bookings once made cannot be Cancelled, Postponed or Refunded.

Swimming Pool Rules

Things to be followed:

The Pool area is open daily 08:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm only.

Hotel staff or the swimming pool life guard is authorized to ask details about your room number for verification.

Access to the Swimming Pool Area is only granted to resident Hotel Guests.

Proper swimming costume is a must for using the swimming pool facilities.

Do not apply any lotion/cream on the body before entering the pool.

Taking shower before entering the pool is mandatory, and it is also advisable to take a bath with soap after leaving the pool.

Children below 14 years must be accompanied by an adult in swimwear.

Children swimming with inflated teaching aid need strict supervision by the parents.

In case you have long hair, please ensure that you put on a swimming cap before entering the pool.

No Glassware is permitted in the pool area.

Use the pool ladder to enter and exit the swimming pool to avoid any injury.

Diving is strictly prohibited as it can lead to injury.

Pool is only for swimming, any other fun play in the pool should be avoided.

Any person suffering from a known serious medical condition (e.g. heart disease, severe circulation problems, epilepsy or respiratory problems) should not use the Swimming Pool.

Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be permitted in the pool complex or in the surrounding area.

Do not swim when you are hungry, exhaustive, overheated and for at least an hour after the meal.

Follow the instructions of the staff on duty at all times for your safety.

Food and drinks are not permitted in the pool area.

Walk; do not run in and around the pool facility for your and other safety.

Avoid unnecessary conversation with the lifeguard as it may distract him from performing his duties.

Hotel or Management is not responsible for any loss or damage to any personal property, injury, disability or fatality, even death arising from whatsoever reasons while exercising or playing in the swimming pool area.

Guests swim at their own risk and the Hotel will not be responsible for any injuries while using the Hotel facilities.

Parking Details/Policy:

Free Parking for bonafide Guests.

Parking at Owners Risk. Management shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to vehicles.

Guest Driver’s Food is Chargeable. Drivers to accommodate their own vehicles in the parking area. Drivers are strictly prohibited entering the main resort/Hotel premises.

Children & Extra Guest Details:

Free child age below 48 Months.

Extra Person sharing the same room shall be provided with mattress and charged as per prevailing rake rate and tariff.

Booking Conditions:

Bookings once made cannot be Cancelled, Postponed or Refunded.

No Show No Refund.
