Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our Commitment

Hotel Ashwin is committed to providing all our guests with a comfortable and enjoyable stay. To ensure we can consistently offer competitive pricing and exceptional service, we maintain a strict cancellation and refund policy. We encourage all our guests to read and understand these terms and conditions prior to completing their booking.

Booking and Payment

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of 100% advance payment. By completing the payment, the guest agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in our Guest Usage Policy and this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Cancellation Policy

  • All Bookings Are Final: Once a booking is confirmed, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled.
  • No Postponement or Amendments: We are unable to accommodate any requests for postponement, rescheduling, or any other amendments to the booking dates.
  • Name Changes Not Permitted: Bookings are non-transferable. The name on the booking confirmation must match the guest’s valid photo identification presented at check-in.
 

Refund Policy

  • No Refunds Under Any Circumstances: Hotel Ashwin has a strict no-refund policy. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
    • Change in travel plans
    • Medical emergencies
    • Early departure
    • Inclement weather
    • Unforeseen circumstances
  • No-Shows: Guests who do not arrive on the scheduled check-in date will be considered a “no-show.” The full booking amount will be forfeited, and the room will be released. No refunds will be provided for no-shows.
  • Denial of Check-in: The hotel management reserves the right to deny check-in in cases of misconduct or failure to produce valid identification for all guests. In such instances, the booking will be cancelled without any refund.
 

Promotional and Special Offers

All bookings made under any promotional or special offer are also subject to this no-refund and no-cancellation policy.

Third-Party Bookings

For bookings made through Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) or other third-party partners, the cancellation and refund policy of the respective platform will also apply. However, in all cases, Hotel Ashwin’s internal policy of no refunds will be upheld.
