01Our Booking Policy

All confirmed bookings are final.

No Refund: amounts paid for a confirmed booking are not refundable.
No Date Change: the dates of a confirmed booking cannot be changed.
No Name Change: the guest name on a confirmed booking cannot be changed.

Please check your dates and guest details carefully before you pay. Bookings made through online travel agents (OTAs) or third-party websites may follow that platform’s policy.

02No-Shows & Early Departure

No-Shows

If you do not arrive on your scheduled check-in date, the booking is treated as a no-show. No refund is given.

Early Departure

If you check out earlier than your booked dates, the unused nights are not refundable.

03Groups, Weddings & Events

Group bookings, destination weddings and banquet events are subject to a separate agreement and deposit terms shared at the time of confirmation.
