How your booking is confirmed and delivered, and what to expect from the moment you pay to the moment you arrive.
Hotel Ashwin is a resort in Igatpuri, Maharashtra. Everything we sell is a service consumed at our property.
Our products are room nights, meal plans, banquet and event packages, and add-on experiences such as sightseeing and activities. These are not physical goods, so nothing is packed, couriered or shipped to you.
What is “delivered” after a payment is your electronic booking confirmation, and then the stay or service itself, on the dates you have reserved, at our property.
Once your payment is successfully authorised by the payment gateway, your confirmation is delivered electronically to the email address and mobile number you provided at the time of booking:
There is no shipping charge, courier charge or delivery fee of any kind, because no physical dispatch takes place.
Please check your spam or promotions folder if the confirmation has not reached you within 24 hours, then call our front desk so we can resend it.
The service itself is delivered at Hotel Ashwin on your reserved dates. Standard timings are:
Early check-in and late check-out can be arranged subject to availability. Please request this in advance. Meals are served as per the plan booked (EP / CP / MAP / AP). Please carry a valid government-issued photo ID for every adult guest at check-in, as required under Indian hospitality regulations.
Sightseeing, activities and other add-ons are delivered as scheduled on site and are governed by our Intro & Sightseeing Policy.
All rates displayed on this website and charged at checkout are in Indian Rupees (INR / ₹). Applicable government taxes are added at checkout and shown before you confirm payment. Current rates are published on our Tariff page.
If your card is issued outside India, your bank or card issuer may apply its own currency conversion rate and cross-border fees. Those charges are set by your issuer and are not levied or received by Hotel Ashwin.

We welcome guests from all countries, and international cards, including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, American Express and Diners Club, are accepted where supported by our payment gateway. As we provide an on-site hospitality service and dispatch no goods, no export, customs or import restrictions apply to any purchase made on this website.
If your payment has been debited but you have not received a confirmation, contact us immediately with your payment reference. We will trace the transaction and either confirm your booking or arrange a refund.
In the rare event that we are unable to deliver a confirmed stay, for example due to a natural event, a statutory restriction, or an operational issue at the property, we will offer you comparable alternative dates or a full refund of the amount paid. Refunds are processed to the original payment method as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
