- The Standard Check-in time starts after 12:00 PM and the standard check-out time is by 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subjected to availability and may be chargeable by the hotel. Any early check-in or late check-out request must be directed and reconfirmed with the hotel directly.
- It’s Mandatory to produce Valid Photo IDs with Present Address of their Residence for all the room occupants Adults including children and kids required at the time of check-in. (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License and Voters Id card are Accepted) in case of children and kids birth certificate or school photo id card with the address of school and child shall be only accepted.
- Kids up to 59 Months are Free of charge; 60th Month & Onwards Shall be charged in FULL equivalent an Adult.
- PAN CARD is strictly not allowed as ID Proof.
- Customer needs to Fill in the Required GSTIN details at the time of Booking and obtain a copy of Invoice from Automated Invoicing Service of the respective OTA. GST credit is availed when customers GSTIN is in the same state as a hotel.
Most hotels do not allow unmarried/unrelated couples to check-in. This is at the full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances.
Rights of Admission are reserved by Hotel.
- Final rights of Admission/Check-in remain reserved with the hotel management & refund can be denied in-case any misconduct is observed by the Hotel Management.
- Guest are Requested to clear all the Balance Payments if any; payable towards Booking prior to check in.
- In Case of Power Failure, Backup Generators shall provide Lights and Fans only; Elevators and Air conditioners shall not be functional till Power is restored.
- To avail any discount, Promotional offer, Membership etc. guest needs to produce and submit the supportive literature in physical and should be disclosed at the time to check in along with booking confirmation voucher.
- Hardcopy of reservation confirmation Vouchers is mandatory while Check-In.
- Guest solely responsible for the safety of their children and their belonging

- Choice of floor/view of Rooms is subject to availability.
A-LA-Carte Orders will be requiring a minimum of 30 minutes to be served at Restaurant or Room Services.
- Complimentary WIFI for In-House Guest in Reception, Lobby and Restaurant.
- Guest Driver’s Food is Chargeable. Drivers to accommodate in their own vehicles in the parking area. Drivers are strictly prohibited from entering the main resort/Hotel premises.
- Tariff is not Valid on Long Weekends, 12 Days of Diwali and 23rd December to 02nd January (seasonal rates applicable during peak season.)
- Tariff subject to revision without prior notice.

- Booking once made cannot be cancelled.
- All no shows will be charged with full retention.
- No show no refund.
- Name Change Not Allowed
- All Bookings once confirmed cannot be Cancelled, Postponed or Amended.
- Change of Name is Not Allowed.
- All Bookings are Non-Refundable.
